Is it possible for a tailor make a regular tie into a skinny tie?

tiecrafters will also do it for a nominal fee ~$15, i've never used them but i've seen posts by others who had positive experiences.

Makes me feel like making myself some unlined multifold skinny ties with some of my ties that I don't wear anymore hahahaha.

Well I am 5'5". I have a Gryffindor tie and I thought it would be cool to make it into a skinny tie. The trendy Hogwarts student lol.
