Tailor tie into skinny tie?

Is it possible for a tailor make a regular tie into a skinny tie?

Possible, but I wouldn't do it unless I was 4'5", or a Blues Brother.

Well I am 5'5". I have a Gryffindor tie and I thought it would be cool to make it into a skinny tie. The trendy Hogwarts student lol.
