I am looking for a tailor in the New Orleans, Louisiana area.

When I buy jackets that the sleeves are always too long. I have not found anyone that could duplicate surgeon's cuffs.

I would also like to talk to a tailor about making suits and jackets for me.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Baton Rouge has Martinez Custom Clothier. Henry Poole of Savile Row goes to New Orleans several times a year. Check their site for dates. A slow process, but worth the wait.

Something tells me Henry Poole will charge an arm and a leg...of course, if you have the financial means, I doubt anyone can do a better job.
