you know, as much as A&F is not my style, everything I bought from them in HS is still kicking. 15 years of yard work, mechanical labor, just using those clothes to beat on... and they still are holding up. I gotta give them credit.

That's why I love abercrombie so much. 90% of my casual clothes are A&F. Right now I'm wearing abercrombie sweats, boxer briefs, t-shirt and American Apparel socks.

American Apparel Army Tees and Brooks Brothers pocket tees have the best fabric and fit.

i have a few A&F tees that are actually, maybe surprising to lot of you, very good quality. they hold up really well after a wash and keep their colors and intended textures very well. the shape/fits of these are really good and if you dont mind the moose or some "AF" or "fitch" graphic on them, then they are good buys at really cheap on sale.

some of the older vintagey looking AF logos actually are nice as they dont look too mass market.

Hey guys, I walked into American Apparel today and tried the Tri-blends for the first time.
I really couldn't believe how slim those tees were and If I didn't read SF, I would totally pass on those tees...

anway, I was ready to buy a shirt but noticed that a Large fits more like a medium. (which is ok)
I really don't want them to shrink any more so I asked the sales associate and she said that the Tri-blends don't shirnk.
so could any one confirm if they really don't shrink? (even when washed in hot water and dried)
has anyone ever experienced them shrink?

If you like the tri-blend fit, try their 50/50s, too. They're cut just as slim, but are a little longer.

Tri-blends and 50/50's won't shrink, but their 100% cotton ones will.

the 50/50's do indeed get an odd odor, but the triblends for me don't seem to have this issue.

good. then I'll buy a bunch of them in a size Large.
If they don't shrink, the triblend would be perfect. (altho I didn't see any 50/50s)

btw, I does anyone know how much they sell the triblend in their outlet stores in LA?
they have the 3 pack for $53 online, which come out to be $17 per shirt...

Don't the sweats say "FITCH" and "A&F" and shit in huge applique letters

My Tri-Blends (I have like 6) never seem to stink - albeit I only wear them 3-5 times max usually before washing

The new WvG heather grey tees are amazing. Just got a pair in today and I'm already in love.

(I'm not a shill, I just want to proclaim it to the world.)
