Are Turnbull & Asser's customer services are good or bad? And why?

Perhaps the better question is "does T&A even offer customer service?".

Speaking of shirts, I was at Paul Stuart in Chicago this weekend, and examined a few MTM shirts. I was pleasantly surprised, and the prices weren't that out of line. Any thoughts?

lol, LOL, hahaha, HAHAHAHA [IMG] Jon. Regarding Paul Stuart, I was in their store in NYC and the gentleman who runs their custom shirt department really surprised me, not only was his knowledge so vast that he knew local clothing stores in South Florida but was extremely attentive and knew exactly what was possible and not possible to manufacture via their custom program. Alas, he said there was no way he could guarantee that the patterns / stripes on their shirts would match...thus I keep searching. Jon.

Well of course H&K, but RTW, because as far as I know only the company stores / trunk shows have the ability to measure and take MTM / bespoke orders.
