1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

OK - swimsuit season is nearly upon us and I'm wondering what type of suits the members of the forum prefer and what you find to be the most flattering cut?

Hey, those of us in non-subsidized apartments have to choose: rent, or used RLPL thong. It's all about making sacrifices. [IMG]

Best I've found are Sulka, but they're impossible to find now...

Thus, Paul & Shark for lounging by the pool; Patagonia for spending a couple hours in the ocean bodysurfing.

<Perhaps ducking> I could care less re: quality of items like this- it's all about look and fit. I've bought $75 board shorts and $7 Kohls brand trunks. I personally like board shorts as the material is thicker; way too many guys wear paper thin trunks and that's not so great [IMG]

I wasn't necessarily talking about for me, just curious as to what the opinion of the board was in general. Since you ask, I'm 37, 6'3" and 185 lbs. How about this pair? Flag Swimsuit [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

I've learned three rules about swimsuits:
    1) Fitted waists are better than elastic. The elastic will bunch up and makes you look fatter than you are.
    2) Thicker fabrics are better than thinner. The thicker the suit is, the less it will cling to you when you step out of the water.
    3) Be careful with white. Remember those wet t-shirt contests in college... I'll just leave it at that.

Mrs. Cuffthis and I have been to Jamaica almost 20 times. As much as we love the beach in Negril, the only thing we can't tolerate is a big hairy guy wearing a marble sack.

Topless beaches there are wonderful though.

I've stocked up on vintage '60s cabana trunks and shirts.
