I agree. There is really no one there I'd take cues from. I much prefer the people in Scot Shuman (the Sartorialist)'s blog. His subjects generally look much better, or at least more natural, than anyone here.

i don't really get why you think this is a "trying too hard" look. it's pretty basic to me. regular shirt, regular jeans, regular shoes...nothing fancy or spectacular.

or maybe you it's his face that looks "try hard"?

it is a little dukes of hazzard style; but with better hair. SO its great. If it doesnm't work for your body style, that doesn't mean its not cool its FASHION don't hate.
