Sweating in the heat!

I recently moved to Las Vegas where the temperature has been 110-119 degrees. Therefore, we all can't help but sweat, even though it is dry air. Can anyone tell me the best fabric to wear to reduce sweat and still look good?

Linen is a good option. I'd steer clear of being outside if you can help it, though. Layers are layers and, as a long time Floridian, breathable materials are at a premium. What part of town do you usually find yourself?
