Sweater Help?

Hi,
New member just looking for some advice.
i work at a small university in canada and have decided to upgrade my wardrobe somewhat.
Looking for some nice sweaters to wear as winter is upon us and it gets cold up here.
Came across this clip on you tube and am just wondering if anyone would happen to know the brand and style of this sweater.
I can't seem to find a similar collar anywhere.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as i plan on hanging out here to learn as much as i can.
