You should also probably note that this challenge is pretty tailor-made for you, given you're very eclectic style and (presumably) deep wardrobe, and your ability to layer disparate pieces like crazy without looking ridiculous

Well, the poll is open until tomorrow night, but I don't really imagine that anyone will unseat Parker from his throne of glory. So, @Parker, what'll it be?

hey! thanks guys… I think we should wait for all the votes to be tallied. You never know... it's not even 7pm in Miami-Dade County.

totally agree with c4est. this was a fun, and thought-provoking challenge. lots of great and weird outfits. made me think a little more about new combinations that might even work outside of this oddball scenario. kudos to stanley and synth for a great idea.

also wanted to mention how much I like @thomaspaine fit. (< how do u do those tag things?)

Didn't post a fit, and don't post all that much, but I wanted to chime in and say this was a great idea! Lots of interesting pieces and combinations. If you do it semi-consistently, I'm sure you'll get more and more worthy fits.

+1 to all of the above. There must be a winner but you all get my vote.

I think it was just a good chance for anybody with any wardrobe to flex a bit outside of their comfort zone and do something bolder, hopefully with some thought behind it.

Like I bet buried deep you still have some Abercrombie cargo pants, no? Pinroll those with a boot-tuck on any tall-ish boots you have, wear a flannel around your waist and some old band tee from high school with a leather jacket. you would look awesome and you just shopped from your closet with a few items you most likely haven't worn in years.

Edit: yeah thomaspaine was a standout for me, along with LA Guy

While this is probs true for most people, I try to be as anti clutter as possible (my mother is a hoarder), so I really only have almost entirely things I wear regularly and that mesh well together.

I was gonna try and force it but it would have just looked boring and bad

The pants and shoes are from Public School.

Too late for the challenge but I wore this combo yesterday and I think it works a little better.

I really want to participate in this challenge because I think stylistically, " sowing discord" is my forte. It's just that I've been not in the mood for fashions or anything else since a close friend and my grand aunt just went to heaven the past week and also my bet for the Miss Universe pageant just placed 3rd runner up.

But my choice for who best showed the sowing discord look is Mr. Parker. I think what made his look cool is that it looks not contrived.

Voted once on my phone, went to vote again on desktop, and my choices were still recorded! Clearly, there is a flaw if I can't vote multiple times. :paranoia:
