It's a depiction of Diniro as a manga/comics superhero.
Story : The SF OCM (Occult Chamber of Moderators) decided to hire a hardcore hitman (Diniro/Banes) to take out the DP92s, Isachenkos, u name it dumbasses that occasionally pop up on their forum.
