Miharayasuhiro actually. It's so well-constructed that you can close it with one button and there is almost no tension on it. I wish I could have done it better justice but I didn't have much time to fool around with it.

voted for myself and for Parker. I was not expecting to win this challenge but I'm surprised Parker isn't getting more votes.

i went with c4est on this one. ghostface's fit is absolutely stunning, but everything works together so beautifully that i can't think of it as loud or gaudy

Tell me about it. If I had voted for myself instead of Ghostface I wouldn't be in last place.

Look, don't get me wrong, I really like Ghostface's fit. I, however, just don't think it's very loud or gaudy. On that basis alone, I didn't vote for it (though I would certainly thumb it in WAYWT), but don't believe it merits victory in this particular challenge.

Ghost face always kills it. That bag is crazy. I voted for c4est though. He's the only one that could make a fit like that look so effortless.

a neck-and-neck finish! respectful disagreement! men with colorful scarves on their heads!

this was another very solid challenge. though i do hope that even more people will continue to participate in the future. each time i've put together a fit for one of these, i've learned something by experimenting in a way i probably wouldn't have otherwise.

most importantly-- i think the combo of c4est's fit here plus his fuzzy color-block pants fit prove that he is the true king of the loud and gaudy.

@conceptual 4est-- will you do us the honor of choosing the next challenge?

Thanks guys.

I want to say a vote is a vote, so ghostface most definitely wins this one!

That said, I'd be happy to choose and organize the next challenge to give him a little break.

So far, my ideas are:

CozyBoyz: To take the edge off the militarism, loudness, gaudiness that we've had, and in honor of the weather the Northeast has been having, I want to see people put together the comfiest, coziest, puffiest most down filled, wool sweatpanted(?), blanket wearing outfit you can think of. I want to see snuggies and I want to see slippers. But it has to be something you would wear outside for the day!

Black and Blue: Like CozyBoyz, this came to mind when wearing the above linked extremely cozy outfit, and it is exactly what it sounds like. Wear black and navy blue. Do it in a sleek lanvin way with blue wool and black grosgrain, or channel a police officer with blue shirt and pants and black boots. Doesn't matter to me but just make this combination look good.
