1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

In terms of guitar, definitely, though she is seriously good. But her voice is one-of-a-kind. If Janis Joplin and Bonnie Raitt had a daughter, it would be Susan.

Her voice is great. Conne, ever listened to Eva Cassidy?

Of course, though I am not obsessed like many of her fans. Her legacy is fanatically preserved (not a bad thing by any means).

I saw her in Austin, back in '96, playing on stage with Jimmy Vaughn, Buddy Guy, and John Lee Hooker.

But this is obviously in tune with the theme of this thread. Girl can pley. Incidentally. Or something. Just felt like posting. Sorry.

Just rediscovered her a few weeks ago--she's got a powerful blues voice for sure.

Nice to know my Florida boys still remember me. I still check in from time to time to do research when I need to make a purchase, just lost the time for the day-to-day I guess (though I do miss DT).
