Surcingle with burgundy tab

Anyone know where I can find surcingle belts with burgundy tabs?

I've done a lot of searching to no avail. I'd really like some surcingle belts to wear with my burgundy loafers. And no, I won't wear a surcingle with a brown tab with my burgundy loafers.
