No idea about this specific hoodie but the two I have are true to size (i.e. in my case this means the small is more my usual size while the medium gives an oversized fit).
I have seen vlone stores, they work with custom supreme hoodies. then there will no need for the discussion for oversized or normal size for a hoodie.
