Tis the season I suppose. Seeing a lot of posts on workout info. I am interested in finding out what supplements people are using and more importantly which ones you are experiencing good results with.

Allow me to clarify-Not all supplements are created equal. In the case of Omega 3's and such, perhaps all brands are equal. However, with creatine and protein as well as any other supplements you may feel it is relevant, please include brands of the supplement that you are using.

    Gracias!

multivitamin, fish oil, green tea extract. whey is whey is whey, you're using it for pwo only i hope so don't sweat that too much. when getting fish oil, make sure you get a brand like carlsons that's certified contaminant/heavy metal free, otherwise you may be poisoning yourself.

I noticed no one has mentioned any pre work out supplements. I just bought Super Pump Max. I've only used it two or three times, so i'm not sure what I think about it yet. Anybody else take a pre work out?

I take vitamin D3, fish oil, magnesium, turmeric, vitamin K2, krill oil, melatonin, and potassium. I learned how to take these supplements at the correct dosages from several sights, but in particular learned a great deal from this physician's blog. http://heartscanblog.blogspot.com/

NOW Adam or TrueProtein's 3-a-day. www.bulknutrition.com or trueprotein.com. Miles and miles better than GNC's multis, cheaper too.

more + better quality ingredients, not to mention far far better prices. long story short, if you shop at GNC for anything, you're a fool. gold card or not.

edit: take the fish oil for example. GNC fish oil gives you shit nasty fish burps which are a good indicator of rancidity and/or low quality. carlsons is available at a better price, is certified contaminant free, proven to use better ingredients and no fish burps.

GNC pushes cheap shit at high prices and makes you think you're getting deals with the gold card. gnc sucks, as do most other brick-and-mortar supplement places. online is a far better option.

OMG NO. I'm not trying to be King Supplement over here but bulknutrition.com = 1fast400.com and it SUCKS.

Only talking about BN/1fast400 branded supps. Yes they are cheap because they are worthless.

    My regimen (not regiment) is:

    10 grams spirulina
    5-7 grams chlorella

    at night:

    magnesium citrate and zinc

    ***

Instead of whey I eat eggs, drink whole milk, and eat Snickers Marathon bars as pothead snacks. Cottage cheese has way more BCAAs than that powder crap at GNC and costs are fraction of the price.
