Hello,
I have a pair of Jean Paul Gaultier sunglasses in the style 56-0174. If you know they are the ones with the arms that are fully adjustable with some type of a large screw mechanism along with the bridge. A rather technical piece to be frank.
Anyways it seems that having not having protected them enough the clouration has become tarnished or somthing of which I do not know the name. It reminds me somewhat of the informercials where they polish the before, and after brass objects. Does anyone know what materials they make these frames? Methinks they are not on the quality factors of Gucci or Prada if you are familiar with those companies.
Now how does one remove these discolourations? These were quite expensive frames not quite on par with Cartier but close. Please do give some ideas. Thank you.
