Sunglasses & Frame Fit

i came across this when searching for glasses online. http://www.glassesexpo.com/fitting_guide.asp the guide helped me out a lot. i used to hate ordering online bec i would get the fit wrong. anyway, thought it would be helpful to others who aren't sure about what looks good on them.

that guide is a good general idea of what to look for, but you should still try and find a local place to try them on before you buy...

and if you can't find a local place, you can just make a pair in CAD and try them on like i did

I took a pair from a picture and tried them on in Photoshop with a picture at about the same angle. It gave a pretty good approximation. There is a site somewhere that has an applet where you upload a pic of yourself and you can virtual-try on a limited number of frames. Could be somewhat helpful.
