I've been paging through some of the older WAYWT posts and seeing what some people wear during the summer. That being said, I'd like to get a few more ideas. Shorts/no shorts, short-sleeved/long-sleeved, and loafers/oxfords are all fair game as far as I'm concerned.
I'll start with:

button up at the third button, untucked
slim plaid or striped shorts or flat-front khaki shorts
leather flip-flops or sneakers
denim and thin sweaters at night, nothing wool or cashmere

What will you guys be wearing?

It's summer here, if I had the money I'd get linen shorts and boat shoes, as well as plenty of loafers and some nice bright polos and t-shirts. Maybe a few light coloured cardigans too. Sigh.

PP, the pants in the second pink are terrific.

Some people are anti-shorts altogether, except for during sports. When it's 30-40C (86-104F) here, shorts are a pretty good option. Seems like a width of 9" at the base provides a good slim fit on the shorts.
