Good day to all,

this is a rather personal issue, but I hope to get some good advice here. I have psoriasis that affects my elbows and lower part of my legs. Needless to say that I want to cover it up also in the sommer so I am looking for advice on building a wardrobe that is comfortable, stylish and will keep me somewhat cool.
I will be 47 soon, have a bit of a dad bod (175 cm /80 kg) and like to dress decently well. I rarely need to wear suits and have some bespoke items for such occasions. I am looking for more casual items, not too tight fitting but also not baggy. Trousers, long sleeve shirts in light breathable materials (not see through) that have a casual classy look are what I am after.
I hope the community can help with some suggestions regarding looks and brands/stores where I can find such items. I live in Switzerland and travel regularly to Italy (Milano, Roma) , Paris, Munich and Vienna.

Sunny regards from CH

Linen or linen blends in shirts and trousers are typical for warm weather.
