Sounds excellent, I wear them year round. Season ties are more about texture and colour than construction...

I just thought that an untipped 3-fold tie would also be lighter. Unlined & untipped 6 or 7 fold ties should be light as well but provide a little more wrinkle resistance depending on the fabric no?

Drakes has some great ties of this variety but I find they are too narrow.

How does Drakes bespoke compare to Hober's? I love Hober's ties and am ready to order more, but drake seems to offer some fabrics that hober doesn't currently have and might order a few from drakes as well.
