Summer sportcoat, shirt and pant combination advice

Hi Styleforum,

I've been working on improving the way I dress and Styleforum has helped a ton with knowledge and inspiration. I've got the basics of suiting down, but I'm still struggling a bit when piecing together a non-suit outfit.

I'm trying to put together a couple summer casual outfits around this light burgundy sportcoat from Spier and Mackay. I'm still in the early stages and have a few months before the warm weather arrives. It would be greatly appreciated if I could get feedback on a few of the combinations I'm considering and I'm very open to other suggestions as well. I would be wearing these outfits for casual work outings, as well as a casual summer outdoor wedding. I think I can dress it up a bit with a tie and the burgundy oxfords if needed...

Option 1
White Linen button down
Natural Linen pants
Brown Suede Loafers

Option 2
Medium Blue Denim shirt
White cotton pants or jeans
Brown Suede Loafers

Option 3
White Linen (or cotton) button down
Brown cotton pants
Dark Burgundy Shoes (may be a tad formal in this case, but I already own them)

I appreciate any guidance or suggestions, and as I mentioned, I'm very open to other options!

Not a fan of the last trousers with this coat. The middle blue shirt is probably too dark - lighter blue will work.

Consider mid to light grey trousers. Dove grey linen trousers are a staple for me.

Thanks for your response. With mid to light grey trousers, would a brown suede still work well footwear wise?

In option 3, I would replace the brown pants with navy blue pants or even denim.

Denim and Oxford are far too heavy for summer. I would go for a Batiste, Voile or open weave such as Leno, Aertex or Giro Inglese.
