I am looking for an excuse to by some shoes. I am looking for something that would be good with cream, off-white, and light colored khakis. I have a pair of tan bucs (AE Orleans), and several pair of brown loafers.

Any ideas? Dirty suede bucs?

Thanks.

What's your budget? If you have most bases covered a spectator would be nice.

I would say up to $300.00. The new AE McClain is what I had in my sights as far as Specs go. What do you guys think of that shoe?

If you are size 9/9.5 us I am willing to part with cream colored, suede captoes by Henry Beguelin.

Size 13, unfortunately. Man, I bet they look nice.

On the low end of the spectrum, these could work:

Boat shoes, camp mocs, or driving loafers for a more casual look.

What do you guys think of those Polo dirty bucs? Grapevinehill has a great deal on them, but I was worried they were too close to the tan nubucs that I have from AE. Oh, decisions, decisions.

I really do love the spectators, but don't want to look too foppish.

Since you already have the tan bucs, I'd get something else. On the other hand, the heart wants what the heart wants...

I think if you keep the rest of the outfit pretty simple/plain, spectators are not too foppish at all. Of course, it depends on your environment, personality, and audience.
