Im just wondering what brands and types of pants I should be looking for when it comes to pants for the summer. Im a weightlifter, thus really slim pants are best avoided, Any help would be great guys!

Thanks

It would be a good idea to be a bit more specific and possibly give the brands/types of pants you currently wear. Are you looking for summer weight cotton, wool or linen pants? Casual or more for business?

Definatly more on the casual side. Im still in university and the majority of my friends will be wearing shorts and gym shoes. This is my first summer since ive started to actually care about what I wear, so honestly Im a bit lost. I need something to let me survive the hotter days, while still looking good with a pair of lace ups.

my go to "dress" pants for the summer are light to mid weight khaki's in various shades. This is a boring choice, but they go with everything and are in the perfect "not to dressy/not to casual" pants. I am not a big fan of pure linen pants, prefer cotton/linen blends. If yuo are more adventurous, you can throw on some orange/lavender/pink cotton pants. In terms of brands, everyone from J Crew to Brooks Brothers to Incotex make pants that should fit you ok.
