I suppose one could argue that those qualify as loafers, at least some progenitor of what we today consider a loafer.
Those are obviously precursors to the Louboutin mule. You can tell by the red heels.

Anyway, Voltaire was clearly self-conscious about his knees. I don't know that he's a great icon for ankles in this case.

I like that I Sarti jacket. I have a Boglioli Coat in a very similar colour, which I'd describe as somewhere in the region of Deep Taupe on the Pantone colour chart (according to my janky monitor calibration, anyway).

My Barbera chinos are significantly lighter, closer to Light Taupe. Here they are on the right. In the middle is a pair of Epaulet chinos that closely match your I Sarti jacket, with a pair in dark brown on the left for reference. I find the Epaulet pants pretty versatile, but the Barberas fall into a dead zone between brown and tan. They probably technically go with a lot of stuff, but any outfits that include them never look satisfying so I usually switch them out for another pair before walking out the door, leaving them draped over the back of a chair wondering what they did wrong.

I love that color. If they're size 33 or 34, send them my way!
