I don't agree that it's too washed out or that the tie is lost. It's a soft, muted look that I think is very nice indeed for daywear on a clear spring day.

I'm not sure if they're Persols, but you can definitely get something very similar from Persol.

I like this overall. Low contrast is nice sometimes. Better with a white linen sq though

What I meant to write was the HRH wore colors which brings him forth, colors which are of a Summer's pallette, as in the gentleman below . . .

Colors aside, the details of HRH's proportions are very much his own personal style.

That's a combination of partial direct sunlight and bad photography -- hardly a valid criticism of the outfit by any stretch.
