The Light brown Check Suit is nice as well as the blue check blazer but the collection is def underwhelming.

Only thing im really in interested in is the suit.

I just got the Jort Merano Coat with the fake fur on the lapels from last winter and thats an ABSOLUTE WIN!

Is that the grey alpaca goat with the dark grey removable lapels?

Jort line-up is available. You can get your very own Scottish kilt now. Not too impressed. Same knitwear as last year feels lazy (with the exception of that Fair Isle sweater). The blue/yellow check is too loud for my taste. And yet another price hike with two sportcoats going out for €599. It used to be €499 max. Another chip away from their used-to-be strong competitive pricing.

Completely agree, there aren't many good items this season. Not sure why the price of blazers increased, this one from a former collection in pure cashmere was €499: https://eu.suitsupply.com/en/jackets/jort-blue-jacket/C1285.html

However, I do like the Bolton fishtail trousers.

A bit underwhelmed, I'd hoped for some nice but funky sport coats.

This is the one I referred to as being nice.

Would have no problem wearing that.

Ah, we thought you meant the tartan check one I think. This one is a lot more subtle, you can probably wear it separately very easily as well.

Food for thought: A few years ago they had a similar thing going on with tartan:

I like this iteration a lot more. Not as a full suit of course, but as separate pieces as a sportcoat, odd trousers and vest.

Yes exactly that one!

How does it fit? Is it big enough to wear a 38r over a 38r suit, or do you really need to size up to a 40? There is one on Grailed that I have had my eye on, or if you somehow knew of one floating around. Let me know.

I have not seen any 38R floating around that I know of.. Only 36R is available.

I had the side seams taken out and fits perfect now over a 38R suit. No sizing up to a 40R
