This is likely to be the first outlet in 5 years that I didn't pick up at least something in, even some socks or an extra white dress shirt. Poor selection with an even poorer pricing structure.

Citing the price of wool they have been steadily increasing prices all around. Even on OLD outlet stuff they made. They seem to be on an expansion tear lately with the doubling of a shop in lower manhattan as well as opening a store in Hudson Yards/Millionaires playground in NYC.. So they gotta get that capital from somewhere I guess.

My bet is that the EU outlet is gonna be the better one this year.

Has anyone ever tried sizing up in a waistcoat and then tightening the rear adjuster? Wondering how it would fit. There is one that I like in a 46 (I'm a 44).

In theory a waistcoat, as the most fitted thing made of suit fabrics, would be the most size-sensitive of the bunch, but I have some in both sizes bookending my native 36 and they are mostly all fine. I have a small waist and the smaller 34s feel better than the 38s. I did bother to have one 38 tailored down, it came back a little lumpy.

I do think some of your decision depends on whether you expect to wear it under a jacket all the time, or as a top layer.

Also, everything will show up on eBay eventually in your size.

Also, does anyone have this waistcoat? I have seen it the past few outlets and always come close to buying. I just can't seem to visualize how/when I'd wear it.

Thanks for the insight. I'll give the 46 a shot - it's a DB vest, and my other DB vest from SS is quite snug (size 44). I think the 46 should be alright, and if not then to eBay it goes.

I always size up,and I’m a 38R and with the new waistcoats i had to return a few because it’s too snug. But with Suitsupply fit it doesn’t hurt to go up.

Registered to tell you all the sale sucks partly because their website sucks. Or more likely, whoever categorized the outlet sale didn't do it right so it doesn't show up in the outlet filters.

Anyways, found these from the main store that link back to the outlet sale. But you can't access these from the outlet site... I did make sure I got my 38S before I posted ;). Still on the fence about the Napoli Grey. Tired of Navy suits but I don't wear suits enough to need another one. Would have preferred the Lazio, but I'll take what I can get at the price I guess.

$299 - WASHINGTON GREY BIRD'S EYE SUIT PURE WOOL S120'S
40 and 42 left.

$229 - NAPOLI GREY SUIT PURE WOOL
All sizes avail

$239 - NAPOLI NAVY PURE WOOL S110'S
All sizes avail

$239 - NAPOLI MID BLUE SUIT PURE WOOL S110'S
Many sizes avail

$249 - NAPOLI NAVY SUIT PURE WOOL S110'S
Many sizes avail

This is great. Grabbed a napoli in navy thanks
I got a Napoli in navy from the Amsterdam store, with no sale or discounts for 299 Euro’s last year! Can’t believe they are offering it in the outlet for $249!

Are there Havana jackets available with whatever method you used to find this?

Great finds. Grabbed two. How did you do that? Are there jackets as well or just suits in this backdoor trick?

I got one navy and one grey. Personally don’t have a napoli due to it being slightly boxier than I like but the price is too good to pass up, esp for year round colors and materials.

I’ll just have to do a bit more tailoring

If you find anything else please post! This salvaged a rather uninspiring outlet
