I like. Texture looks amazing. I would imagine the blue would be quite bright in real life.
Agree. The texture looks great, but it seems like one you really have to see in person to know.

Apart from that, the base MTM jacket for SuSu is short and has a high gorge, which cannot be altered. That is not especially flattering for the tall. So when you adjust the length and lower the button-stance, you throw off the proportions because the gorge remains the same.

I think you may just have a long torso then. I'm 6'1" with long arms and the MTM coat he put on me was 4" shorter than the final length of the coat that was delivered. Said coat is 1" lower than the bottom of my bum. I think the gorge is fine - it would be nice to have an option to lower by 0.5-1" but it's not going to go "out of fashion" when trends swing the other way. I think their MTM options are sufficient in this regard, cause the gorge, button stance, and length of my coat are very similar to RLBL Anthony. My guy, Semyon, who has since left the company was even encouraging me to make the split closer to 50-50, when I was trying to have the coat a tad longer.

Honestly, I'm so satisfied with the end result that I don't see myself using anyone else until I start using Chris D's upcoming MTM service. Including a second pair of trou, I don't know a better deal for well-fitted MTM under $1800(it's $1300-1400 if you get their most basic fabric) .

I kinda like this suit

Hopefully they bring it to Mexico so I can try it on. The only thing I'm not the biggest fan is the lapels but this could look good.

Yeah, I like that suit, too, but I also worry about the lapels. I find lot of Havana's have narrower lapels than I'm a fan of.

This is yet ANOTHER new Havana fit. I am so sick of this nonsense. This is the SEVENTH Havana fit now if my counting is right. Why won’t they listen and use different names for each fit like they used to??

Now that I have calmed down.. The lapels here are just short of the width of the old Hudson, looks like.. but a BIT wider than a normal, old-school Havana??

Here's what CS had to say about it when I asked about whether it had a lower button stance:

Hello, Blair. My name is Scott. I am a product specialist. Yes, since the button configuration is changed to a 3 roll 2, the middle button has come down by about 1cm.

It's not a dramatic change, but it is something. I am aware of a recent trend within the classic menswear community for ever-lower button stances, such that the button will meet with one's trouser waistband. This type of stance is something that would not be quite so commercial in a RTW format.

Dear All,

I was wondering whether anyone had seen in person Vitale Barberis Canonico fabric no. 10.712/202, used by Suit Supply within the Custom service (or even ordered something made with this fabric) ? I can hardly guess the shade of brownish color basing on the pictures on Suit Supply website, still I'd like to order a brown jacket. Therefore, I'd be extremely grateful for any pics or a piece created with this fabrics.

Many thanks for your help!
