My 35 was altered but the shoulders were untouched. I am unfamiliar with suit measurements however I can measure mine if someone lets me now from what point to point I should measure.

Does anyone have an email address for the customer service department? I cant find it on the site and when I click the 'Contact Us' it opens up in that dumb outlook program... Why cant they just list their email?

This summer Travis was the manager. You'd think the sales folks would know their boss. I wonder if he got demoted.

Around 3,5cm with no problem and without touching the shoulder.

A regular size would not work with the SOHO & Havana for me, they would be too short and boxy. I am following the rule of CYA.

I was only able to shorten 2cm or so without the last button looking awkward. I'm size 36.

Does anyone have pics of a Roma suit? I wonder if it looks too casual for business wear.

has anyone ever had a problem with returns from buying online?

I did not realize the Napoli fit so large. Will be returning a 40, and trying out a 36 and 38.

I'd be interested in how padded the shoulders are.

Are the shoulders compatible to the Lazio, or the Sienna, or Napoli?

can someone confirm for me the differences in the suit supply lines?
I've read through this entire forum, and it looks like somewhere a long the way, they changed their classifications.

whats the difference in the blue line / purple line / suit up?

    Thanks.

blue line = cheap (tent cuts)

purple line = good (good materials, good cuts, with tailoring makes an excellent entry level suit)

suit up = "most luxurious line" whatever that means, also offers MTM service I believe, also some suits come with spalla camicia shoulders

I believe most (if not all) of the suits are half-canvassed, with the exception of the Jort/LaSpalla, which is full canvas. I don't know if suit supply offers anything fused. I am also not sure about their unstructured jackets.

They had a cut a while ago called Sevilla, which was fused. But I think it's discontinued. The rest are at least halfcanvassed as far as I know

    Also, the MTM is fully-canvassed!
