I think it looks denim, appears to be double breasted (but don't quote me on it) and could be worn over a t-shirt or button down. I think.

That would be an excellent jacket for the outlet. Cotton/denim DB jacket's like these don't sell very well, so often end up there heavily discounted. I remember seeing loads of Boston suits, which look very similar, for €99 at the outlet last year. I certainly wouldn't pay full price for this one.

I'd be interested in an outlet proxy.

+1 I'd be in on that.

I've been surprised SS hasn't reopened the US outlet yet. I had figured it was a test before and they had plans on getting it running in a couple months.

What city is the NL outlet in? Can't find it on the website.

I think that the US outlet store is something like "Brigadoon"--it only appears, mysteriously, once every one hundred years.

When the U.S. outlet was open, I snatched a grey, pinstripe Napoli. Being a lighter, more year-round wool, I did not wear it much during the winter. This past week, while on the road, I put the suit to the test as I wore it every other day. It is a fantastic suit with a flattering silhouette. At the end of very long days, it still looked sharp and fresh. More than once, someone asked if it was bespoke. "Uh, no...." At the time, late November, I did not know much about the SS models. In retrospect, I wish that I had purchased more when they were on sale. The Napoli cost around $260.

Does anyone have an experience letting out the side seams on the Washington fit? About how much fabric might be available?

Roermond, about 90min by train from AMS, and 45min by car from DUS.

I may be in the UK in the very near future, and would consider flying over the outlet and proxying up a storm. Were I to do this, I'd charge purchase price + shipping to you + small mark up to cover my expenses while I'm there.

If there's enough people interested, I'd be happy to spend a day or two there enabling this.
