The quarters are not open enough. And the sleeves seem to be off.

You think it's too tight ? It is difficult to judge the fit without loking at sleeves and pants, but I actually think ít looks pretty good

Nah, I don't think its too tight. Just don't get the right feeling with this suit. Something is a little off, I can't really tell what, however...

Just out of curiousity Q, have you ever tried a Suitsupply suit ? You are very active in the thread, but your comments are mostly very sceptic.

They look like Meermin double monks but that's obviously a guess from so far away

    ^^ typo - Italia 38R

Also purchased a Napoli suit. Fits well OTR but getting pants hemmed an inch. I'll post pics.

Going to order a few more sport coats in different models and several pants.

    Very pleased so far.

I've tried some of their suits on in their nyc store. I think it was a washington and a sienna but i can't remember at this point. Shoulder fit was good, sleeves a bit short, button stance was high for me, and the lapels were damn near my traps. The fit overall was pretty solid, but I just didn't love the style. It just seemed a tiny bit off. Can't explain really...just aesthetics

oh, i should add that I may have purchased the suit, but i'm a chubby bastard and I can't wear 32 inch trousers (i'm a 38 jacket)

aside from the bigger lapels, that doesn't look bad.

Need a suit quick for some upcoming interviews - I'm thinking the Napoli in a 38L will be my best bet, unfortunately, the navy is sold out of this size.

Is the blue too light a color for finance / consulting interviews?

I could also go with the pinstripe, which is fairly subtle:

Thoughts on which is best? My other option is a Benjamin from eHaberdasher, but I'm not sure that I'll have enough time to have the sleeve buttons sewn on (plus I don't know if I can find a tailor who can do functional sleeve buttons).

Lapel size may be the #1 debated item on SF and it's such a personal preference. Looks like SS is trying to go the RL and TF route here with these wider lapels. Overall, I think it looks good tricky.
