How is the quality of their trousers? I'm looking for a pair of light grey flannels

Or should I add a hundred bucks and get a pair of Howard Yount?

I had those at home but sent 'em back because they are really tight (at least for me they were like leggins). Quality felt nice, though.

^Then what about the suit pants that accompany a SS suit purchase? Since there are not separates, does the tightness in the leg room prevalent in their suit selection? I am a 38-40 FWIW

Depends, some are tighter than others, even within the same cut. Just order the suit you're interested in, if you don't like it you can return it for a full refund.

A lot of the questions on this thread can either be answered by emailing suitsupply customer service for measurements, or by just ordering the suit.

Yes there is room. atleast an inch maybe more. I would email customer service and they can tell you exactly.

I have the 680, and it's quite rough in its texture, making it more casual than the other one. I like it, though.

So has anybody ordered from SS and been charged import duties, and then had SS reimburse them afterwards? Or do you just not get charged?

I have never received any charges or duties after the fact, in the US.
I'm in Europe, and got a €90 charge from a €215 purchase. However I e-mailed SS customer service and told me UPS should be able to bill their account directly, so I don't have to pay anything after all. Pretty great.
