Shoulders on the 38 don't look too good, IMO.

What's a tad tight? Do you have restrictions with arm movements? Does the fabric bunch up way too much if you raise your arms?

    I'm leaning towards 38 too.

Thanks everyone for your responses - i think 38 is also the go. When wearing the 36 it bunches up alot when i raise my arms and kind of feels like it will rip.

Ill get the jacket tailored today then :)

    thanks again!

If one of those is 40L or 42L depending on the cut, I'm in.

Can anyone comment about price and quality of the in house tailoring they do? Was just asked recently but seems like no replies.

I am going to NYC tomorrow and will take advantage of it if I should.. thanks!

The prices aren't too bad. They've got them posted up somewhere I think. They're posted all over the store. Can't speak to quality as I haven't had them tailor anything

Hey I'm hoping I can get some help. What's the closest to a Jcrew Ludlow fit, but with a wider lapel (mainly looking for slim and lower button stance). I fit a 38R in Jcrew ludlow and wear the size 30 slim ludlow pants. Is there anything that would fit me right without having to do too much work to the pants? Looking for something in navy wool. Thanks!

You can always order the pants separate by calling in to order if I remember correctly

Yeah, but you can subtract 21% VAT from their listed prices, and add around $30 in duties. So that still makes them a hell of a lot cheaper than the suitsupply ones, and the Meermin loafers are gorgeous, I've got the suede ones myself.
