There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

This suit's soft, lose weave requires a bit of extra reinforcement, so we've added a small amount of polyester in a common process that adds strength and structure, while making the suit lighter and more durable.

I wasn't planning on buying it; but was curious to see what it looked like on the site.

    But yeah, noticed the polyester.

The Linen Soho jacket is now off the website.

The poly in this suit came up in an earlier discussion. "A little" for suit supply apparently means something in the order of 30%

Oddly, the standard drop on SS suits seems to have changed sometime in the last year. When I bought a 42R Sienna last year, it came with 34" trousers. Now, according to the US website, it comes with 37" trousers. I emailed SS support, and got this answer:

Quote: I'm wondering if they switched the size advisor charts from displaying vanity sizing in the trouser waist to actual measurements.

    Hi Guys,

I'm looking for the Soho DB Wool/Linen suit in cream when it goes on clearance. Has anyone in the EU seen it at the outlets? I would be interested in picking one up from you if it's at a significant discount.

    Thanks!

My only advice: try it on in person first; the fabric is quite sheer. I had to return it because I just found it a bit too see-through.

I agree with you; I do not think it looks particularly nice. Not dreadful, and the low price compensates to some degree for narrow utility. But no, not a fan.

It's a much darker blue irl, but the horizontal lines are nearly invisible. It's very different from the pictures on the website. I think I'll return it.

Which cut should I be looking at for a slim fit suit that's not TOO 'fashiony' and slim?

Monkeyface I have that exact same suit in a 38S and those pictures aren't true to it at all.

I can post some better lighting shots if people are keen. It's a great fabric, the check is very subtle in natural light.

Can't take credit for the final shot. That's the old man, stealing my swag.

Motherfucker looks better in my clothes than I do!
