Hello!
Need some help. I bought the SS Havana fit in 38R and it is too tight in the chest/shoulders and I think it is a bit long (I'm 176cm). I'm wondering if it would be better to buy the 40S and tailor it a little in the waist. Have any of you tried to go one size up but from regular to short?
Thanks for answering.

What does everyone think about button stance here?

My reservation about this suit is with regards to the fact that 1) the pants are on the slim side (they are not Brescia as is typical for Havana suits) 2) I would skip the pants altogether because: drawcords!

Yes, ships March 15

I like the uniqueness of the jacket, but not the pants
I think they have good pieces, but with the lapels and ticket pocket there’s no way this can be used as a casual with drawstrings

I suppose they were going for the unique factor (which they have achieved). Since it’s a summer suit, certain looseness with the formality level is allowed, but overboard is overboard

I am also in the market for that blue one. The blue and red are top on my list for this collection,

Drawstrings don't bother me at all. Looking forward to it.

You going to have to let us know how the pants fit, and how noticeable those draw strings are. I would really like to buy that suit, but the draw strings might be a bit too much for me. Really looking forward to your feed back on this one.

i'm a little lost on the pants fits. i got a hudson fit suit in linen from the outlet and am happy with the way those pants fit. does anyone know whether one of the trouser fits is a close approximation of what hudson pants were before that fit disappeared?

Not sure about the lapels .. They seem a bit exaggerated and out of proportion ..

The fabric and colour is a spot on, though.

Some people would rock lapels like that.

At 5'7" I'd look like a dwarf with those.

I'm that guy; I rock lapels like that. I shared this pic before on the old suitsupply affiliate thread, but why not here, too. I love this suit.
