I'm not sure what model it is, all the tag says is 'handmade', and it certainly looks like it, seen as it has nice pick stitching all over the jacket: sleeves, back, shoulders, collar, lapels, etc. It's definitely one of the most detailed SuitsSupply jackets I've ever seen.

• Material: 100% cotton, unlined, perfect for spring/summer
• 3 roll 2, patch pockets, double vented
• Condition: Like new, worn less than 5 times

Measurements:

• Size: 40
• Shoulders (back of collar): 18.1"
• Chest (pit-to-pit): 21.5"
• Length: 29.5"
• Sleeves: 24.5"

I wear a 40 in basically every SS cut, and this jacket fits me pretty much perfectly.
