Throw it in the washing machine, gentle cycle, cold water.

By bubbling, I think you mean that its a fused lining which has gotten wet or something of the like?

I know of nothing you can do.

I would suggest that you burn or otherwise dispose of such garments. It has been badly fused - if ever that can be described as good or abused - and the fusing is parting from the cloth. It cannot be repaired.

Depends. Where on the suit are the bubbles?

Sometimes there is a fix.

Some posters here have had bubbling on the edges of canvassed suits and it is due to steaming or humidity. If it is due to the fusing separating from the cloth it can be fixed sometimes but not a guaranteed fix. If it is the latter, some steam, heat and pressure can repair it but it depends a lot on the condition of the fusing and cloth.

the suit is brooks brothers.
the entire left side of it (from chest to pocket) has bubbles.
I think it could be caused by it getting soaked when i walked in the rain.

Bring it back to Brooks. They guarantee satisfaction.

I'm totally serious. This time.

Or take it to a tailor and have him press the jacket, it should be fine. Rain can do that.
