Mike Nolan and Jack del Rio both (finally!) were allowed permission to wear suits while coaching, I think it's a welcome policy (and both their teams won).

The NFL (in conjunction with all the athletic sponsors whose logos were featured prominently on the apparel of the respective coaching staffs).
