Horrible looking suit. The hem on the pant legs also looks undone.

If you can look past the awful suit, you can see some bad advice too. Gems include "Sometimes restriction is good," "Wearing a vest--especially one with eight buttons," and 'Center vents are classic British.'

What about the whole, at least to buttons on the sleeve should be left undone part?
