Suit/sport coat hanger damage

Due to using the wrong hangers for some of my suit/sport coats some of them have suffered little "bumps" in the shoulders where the end of the hanger pressed into them. Does anyone know if a good tailor would be able to repair this sort of thing? Many thanks.

Have you tried having them pressed at a drycleaner? Just pressed, not cleaned.

I thought this thread contained pictures of millions of suits on hangers.

I have tried getting them pressed to no avail. I apologize if the title of the thread was misleading. Has this happened to anyone else? I could post a few pictures if need be. Thanks again.
