I'm getting creasing and indentation on my shoulders with this suit, but I'm not really sure what the problem is or what I can do to get a better fit. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Some of the other more knowledgable ones will provide a more comprehensive answer, but I think the problem is to do with the sleeve pitch?

Wouldn't you need to size down by a size? I posted a pic of me wearing a suit jacket that had the same problem and people said the shoulders were too wide, which looks to be the same as your problem. One person suggested I size down one, so I'm going to do that next time I'm at the store....because it looks like the shoulder portion is extended beyond your actual shoulder.

I thought you returned it, so why are you still posting about it?

That's my understanding as well. If you move your arms slightly forward the creases should disappear. I have the same problem with a RTW DJ that should pay a visit to the tailor really!

Tailor Tom Mahon gives a description here of sleeve pitch issues.

Edit; just to add. Those that have had it done, how much to get sleeves reset?

Shoulders look too narrow, and the sleeveheads are too small. Probably the latter is the bigger problem. Coats can be snug to the shoulder, but then the sleeve caps need to be huge.
