Suit shopping Milan and Florence

I am looking for a stylish/high quality double breasted off the rack suit in Milan. One with 1930s style wide/large lapels. Good quality/price ratio.. any ideas? Al Bazaar comes to mind.. perhaps M. Bardelli as well. Could you also recommend a good shop to buy good quality/good value for money linen shirts in either Florence or Milan + other summer items. Does Boggi stock decent linen shirts? I understood it's warm down there!
