So I've gone through the thread on things you'll want to specify when ordering a bespoke suit, there were options on pants, but:

1. What are side tabs or side adjusters, buckles? What do they look like?
What other options are there? (for adjusting the waist, I presume?)

Cuffed / un-cuffed, pleats (flat, single/double -reverse/forward), hooks, buttons, belt loops, bracers, low/high rise, tapered / straight - are pretty much self explanatory.

Anything else I might have left out?

Trouser tabs can button or fasten with a buckle:

Pocket choices -
side- slant straight or cross
Back 0, 1 or 2, how do they fasten, flaps, button/hole, tab
Watch pocket style/size

Fly
Zip or button

Belt or braces

Got it, but don't know what type of 'side' adjusters / tabs options there are, and how they look.

Pocket side - how does 'cross' look like? slant / straight (along seam) I understand.

The fist one is called - side tabs 'with button'?

Second is side adjuster 'buckles'?

Sorry just not clear on these pants options...

Hello, Love the trouser on the top.
Can you give me the name of the tailor, please?

:spam:

or a silly question: Any tailor could make such a pair were anyone to want them - they look quite unusual.
