For the Christian Dior suit. It is a 38R suit with single vent in back, trousers are 32x32 Cuffed.

For the Brioni-style 39R suit, what are the trouser measurements?

For the Brioni style suit, the measurements are 28 waist, very slim fitting and cannot be let out unfortunately

On the Dior, are the pants pleated? And I think you made a typo: it looks like a 3-btn - I'm assuming a standard 3-btn?

Yes they are pleated. The picture was taken from a not so good angle, and you're right it does look like 3btn, but it's a 2. I will take a better picture tommorrow. If you are interested in more details on the suit please let me know!
