Hey guys! I just got a new Brioni suit which fits perfectly except for puckering on the left shoulder and bunching fabric in the back--can a good tailor fix these issues? Take a look at the photos below:

    Dear Friend,

It appears as if you need a light pad on your left shoulder.

You also have a drop right shoulder which is why you have the ripples on your lower right side. This alteration may be costly but it is necessary for you. The tailor may want to take apart the garment at the right shoulder seam and bring up the material from the shoulder.

Your left sleeve-head does appear to have too much fabric which the tailor can easily take off the arm and reduce the excess fabric.

    Where are you from?

    All the Best,

    Tim

You need someone really good to make this perfect. The back/shoulders are too wide and the sleeve cap is too high. Have to remove the sleeves and recut them to match the armhole and reduce the width of the upper back and shoulder. You may need the shoulder slope adjusted, maybe not. The fullness is showing vertical fullness and not diagonal pulling. A front shot and seeing the full body of the jacket would assist the diagnosis.
You want someone very skilled to match the quality of the Brioni workmanship and knows how to match the cut of the sleeve with the armhole.

Why a pad on the left if the right is low?
