Go with MTM or with unstructured jackets. I am in your camp and found those options to be the most practical alternatives to bespoke.

Thanks. Who makes unstructured jackets?

In our case, go for any maker that fits the shoulders. I got a few unknown barn finds, Samuelson and MTM stuff from a botique shop in CA. Beggers can't be choosers.

I find this puzzling because i have broad square shoulders and unstructured jackets
or those that are virtually unpadded generally fit me well too.

I believe it's because for someone with sloped shoulders you actually need more padding (to compensate the slope). Unlike what papa said. Unless you have an unpadded shoulder that's naturally sloped.
I have very sloped shoulders.

I have one unstructured jacket that fits me well. It is more on a casual side. The other fits me okay-ish.

The structured jackets never worked for me in general. Perhaps due by my overall body geometry: sloped shoulders, some visible delts and so on.
