Suit Fit Opinions

I purchased this one button J. Lindeberg suit off of Gilt and I have a week left to return it. I'd like to know people's opinions on the fit. To my eyes the suit jacket fits well up top but needs to be brought in at the waist. What do you guys think of the fit of the jacket?

The pants are fairly low rise. Do you think the rise of the pants is too low?

I'm more of a 37r but I took a chance on a slim 38r. Should I look for something better fitting or will this suit look good after alterations?

Apologies in advance about the shirt. I don't have a good fitting dress shirt right now. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Here are the pics.

IMO sleeves are too long and bulky.

To much fabric in the back of the trouser, too.

That's true. I should have stated that the trousers need to come in .5 - 1 inch at the waist. It's quite possible that the seat needs to be adjusted as well.

The jacket sleeves are too long without a doubt.

I think it'd look pretty good with just the sleeves fixed. If you fix the waist as well it'd be just about perfect.
