So after a few attempts I've found the best fitting OTR suit I can. I know the sleeves need to be taken up and the trousers taken up too but any other alterations to be done?

Thanks in advance guys!

The neck may be a bit too long for yours but that can be changed. I'm not too happy with the button stance but that may be the angle of the photo.

Do you think I should possibly get the neck altered? Do the shoulders look okay? I struggle getting a waist size to fit without the shoulders getting too big.

Another pic of the neck would be helpful but any alterations tailor should be able to remove excess fabric around the neck. The shoulders may be a bit too wide but as you've noticed, off the rack is always a compromise. I don't think they look too wide but they would be wider than I would like them to have.

Lapel width looks strange for someone of your size as does the breast pocket.

The first photo looks a little off, this one looks slightly off as well but is more true to life.

You are a broad fellow. Going forward, look for suits with wider lapels; they will flatter your frame

Get those sleeves shortened.

It's No.1 on my to do list! Need the sleeves shortened as well as the trousers taken up. I think the long sleeves are throwing the jacket off a bit when I look in the mirror.
