Suit fit check

Hi,

I am reading the style forum as non member for maybe a year.
It was a great resource for me while buying my first canvased suit and therfore i thank you all for helping me to make an informed purchase with your forum posts.
My choice was a RTW Isaia.
Speaking about the suit i have questions regarding the fit.
For this reason i post a couple of pics and i kindly ask you to write you opinions about the size and fit of the suit.

What did the alterations tailor do to it?

Pictures wearing a shirt and shoes would help those more knowledgeable than me comment on fit.

Shortening and trimming the sleeves and trimming a bit from the waist. Also shortening the pants length and tightening the waist.
I will post pics with shoes and shirt on later.
