Pics are of a BB Fitzgerald Cut Suit. I am 26 and I feel its a a bit too long.
Looks a bit long, but you need to post better pics, including your rear and with your arms down. There's also the tailor's thread for these questions where you may get more response.
Very hard to tell from the pictures but, from what I can see (which isn't much), the length is about right for a conservative fit (e.g. for those of us who don't wear the short slim fit stuff). If you are used to the slim fit neo-mod look, it's going to feel like you are wearing a frock coat in comparison.
embedded pics what do ya'll think?
Length appears okay from what I can tell. You've probably been staring at too many Ludlow/BR suits
how far would ya'll take it up to not look too small but give it a more modern look?
The suit jacket is a bit long. Ideally the length should just fall at the buttocks.
I wouldn't go much shorter than what you have.
Take a pic with one arm down to the side so we can see where the jacket ends relative to your body length
Jacket should be able cover your ass.
That view from above makes it tough to judge length, but it looks ok.
Difficult to tell from those photographs. Needs to be a straight view without arms held up etc
Agree, I would suggest having someone take the picture. I would possibly have them shoot one from the side and back as well. Not a big deal, just a suggestion.
Please note my computer only allows me to view 2 pictures, one in the bathroom and one in the bedroom. If you took a side and back picture, please disregard my suggestion.
Yeah, take pics with your hands at your sides front and sideways and taken at chest level (with the jacket buttoned up).
Looks OK to me- not too long. IMO
Don't judge by those dorkey BB website pics. hah hah
Also looks like your pants are not pulled up high enough and there is too much break. But again, tough to tell due to the quality of the photos.
How tall are you? What is your chest measurement? What is that suit size?
Separate names with a comma.
